Can I Buy a Single Module? If I Start With One Module Can I Later Add Others Onto My Plan?
Yes. Each module in the CurrentWare Suite can be purchased separately for the greatest flexibility or as a full suite for the best value.
All products in the CurrentWare Suite (BrowseReporter, BrowseControl, AccessPatrol, enPowerManager) operate from the same client and server.
If you would like to add additional modules later it is as simple as purchasing the licenses and activating them in the Web Console; no need to redeploy!

Prepayment & Bulk Licensing
Pricing breaks are available for businesses that sign up for multi-year plans, or have future growth planned and can commit to bulk orders.
Volume license discounts are available starting for as low as 100 users, with discounts increasing depending on the number of licenses, and the length of the contract term.

Do These Prices Include Tax?
No. The prices listed on this page are not inclusive of taxes or other charges that may be required by your jurisdiction.
Are Customer Support and Software Upgrades Included In My CurrentWare Subscription Plan?
Yes. For as long as your CurrentWare subscription remains active you will have access to the latest version of the modules you purchased as well as the ability to contact our customer support team via email, live chat, or telephone. We upgrade our platform quarterly, and release packs are easily available on the website.
When Will I Be Billed? Does the Subscription Renew Automatically?
Each CurrentWare subscription plan will be billed annually based on your initial purchase date. If you have purchased products or licenses at different start dates, our billing team will contact you to get this prorated to your original start date.
Your subscription will renew automatically 30 days before expiration date. Our team will reach out to you 50 days and 30 days before your renewal date to confirm you’d like to renew.
If the cost of your CurrentWare product subscription has changed since your last bill you will be provided notice fifty (50) days prior to the renewal date.
How Can I Cancel My Subscription?
All of our agreements are annual, and renew automatically unless you give us a heads up that you’ll be canceling at least 30 days before your upcoming renewal date.
In order to let us know you’ll be moving on from CurrentWare, just email our account or operations team and we’ll make sure to adjust your account so you’re not billed or invoiced again.

CurrentWare Licensing FAQ
Are There Any Limits to the Free Trial? Can I Request More Trial Licenses or a Time Extension?
The free trial is fully functional. You can deploy it on up to 10 computers for 14 days.
We understand that larger organizations may need to run more extensive tests, and would like to do so with our platform over a longer period of time and with more users.
For exceptions and larger-scale trials, please reach out to our sales team to provide business justification as to how this will help your organization make a decision on implementing CurrentWare for your team
Note: After purchasing your licenses your modules will still be in evaluation until you have entered the license keys you receive from us. The modules will still be fully functional for the evaluation period and any data collected and security policies configured will remain intact once you activate your paid licenses.
Where Will I Receive My CurrentWare Licenses?
After you place your order your licenses will be delivered electronically to the email you provided us before the close of business that day.
Can I License the Modules on Some Computers and Not Others?
Yes. When you purchase licenses from CurrentWare you will be provided with a unique license key for each module you purchased.
From the Web Console you can selectively add or remove licenses from any of your managed computers, allowing you to set up configurations such as having BrowseReporter on all computers and only having BrowseControl on some computers.
You can also deploy the CurrentWare Clients to each computer without licensing those computers; once you’re ready to start monitoring and managing those computers with CurrentWare you’ll simply need to license those computers from the Web Console.

Can I Add Licenses to My Plan Before My Contract Is Up?
Yes, you can expand your account by purchasing at least 5 additional licenses. Simply contact our sales team and they will prorate a quote to your renewal date.
You can also add additional modules to your account at any time.
How Many Licenses Are Needed For Terminal Services?
CurrentWare’s licensing model is based on either the number of machines or users depending on your organization’s network infrastructure.
In order to ensure your users’ computer activity is controlled at both the device level and server level, you will need two licenses per user when using Terminal Services. One license is for their workstation and the second license is for their user profile at the server level.
Can I Transfer Licenses Between Computers?
If you have a decommissioned computer that will no longer be using CurrentWare, you can remove its license and apply it to another computer.
