Our support team is requesting log files from you

1. Server Logs

 Zip up all the log files from the CurrentWare Server log directory & upload it to us. 

 C:\Program Files (x86)\CurrentWare\logs\ 

2. CurrentWare Database

  1. Browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\CurrentWare\cwServer\
  2. Send us the Firebird database CWNPFB.CWD 

For SQL database, go to this page

1. Client Logs

Zip up the following log files from one of your affected client computers. 

C:\Windows\SysWOW64\wcsystck\logs\

2. Client Database

Zip up the following client database files from one of your affected client computers.

  • C:\Windows\SysWOW64\wcsystck\wcrb.cwk
  • C:\Windows\SysWOW64\wcsystck\wcrbbw.cwk
