1. Server Logs
Zip up all the log files from the CurrentWare Server log directory & upload it to us.
C:\Program Files (x86)\CurrentWare\logs\
2. CurrentWare Database
- Browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\CurrentWare\cwServer\
- Send us the Firebird database CWNPFB.CWD
For SQL database, go to this page

1. Client Logs
Zip up the following log files from one of your affected client computers.
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\wcsystck\logs\
2. Client Database
Zip up the following client database files from one of your affected client computers.
- C:\Windows\SysWOW64\wcsystck\wcrb.cwk
- C:\Windows\SysWOW64\wcsystck\wcrbbw.cwk
