How does the Subscription plan work?

How does the Subscription plan work?

All of CurrentWare’s solutions are available on a minimum 1 year subscription plan. The solutions can be purchased individually for the most flexibility or as the full CurrentWare Suite for the best value and capabilities.
When purchasing individually, BrowseReporter, BrowseControl, and AccessPatrol all start at $3.99 USD per license/per month (paid annually). Volume license discounts are available starting for as low as 100 users, with discounts increasing depending on the number of licenses.

As a courtesy we will add a seven (7) day buffer to the renewal date of your annual subscription; this will ensure that you remain protected by your CurrentWare solutions if billing errors or other events prevent you from receiving your updated license keys by the renewal date.

What comes with my subscription plan?

The CurrentWare subscription plan entitles you to technical support via phoneemaillive chat, and remote desktop support from our dedicated support team.

This includes assistance with the initial CurrentWare software installation, upgrades, CurrentWare configurations, and technical issues, ensuring that CurrentWare is running smoothly in your organization.

The subscription plan also ensures that you are eligible for the latest CurrentWare licenses for the latest upgrades, which includes new features such as the Web Console, dashboards, product enhancements and bug fixes.

The subscription plan is a yearly renewal for your CurrentWare products by default. Businesses that are looking to pre-purchase additional years maybe eligible for multiple year discount plans. For more information on the subscription plan pricing, click here.
