AccessPatrol can send out alerts when unauthorized devices and file activities are occurring such as connecting personal devices and/or transferring confidential files.
These alerts are sent via email which is configured on the CurrentWare console. For instructions on how to configure the email settings, you can read our knowledge base article here.
Email alert lets you monitor the file and device activities on your managed endpoints. Send an email alert to authorized personnel when a user violates a company device access policy.

How to Create an Email Alert for ZIP / EXE / MSI file transfersNOTE: You must have your email settings configured before creating an email alert.
Under the AccessPatrol tab on the right-hand side of the console, select Email Alerts.
Get an email sent to a recipient when your managed endpoints accessed unauthorized devices.
Set Alerts for: Specific devices, all devices, unknown devices, all allowed list devices, and all blocked devices.
