To restrict privileges on your CurrentWare console users

To access the page for Operator permissions open the CurrentWare Web Console.

  1. Go to Settings > Operators > Select a user > Operator Permissions
    • You can only edit permissions on “User” account roles.
  2. From here you can set access to for your operators to view, change or edit any group settings or CurrentWare console module settings.

Troubleshooting

After you create a new group it will not automatically apply permissions onto the folder. Your administrator account will need to grant other operators the ability to see the folder in the operator permissions tab.

Go to the operator permissions screen: Tools > Operators > Select a user > Operator Permissions. If you are having issues with different operators unable to change, move or see anything within the CurrentWare console; ensure that you have provided them the permission to do so.
