Web Dashboard 12 Months Date Range

Web Dashboard 12 Months Date Range

The CurrentWare BrowseReporter and AccessPatrol web dashboards are designed to provide a comprehensive and efficient way to monitor web activity and access control. To ensure a smooth user experience, the dashboards have been configured to allow the selection of data for up to 12 months at a time. This limit helps to ensure that the charts load quickly and without any lag or delay, making it easier to review and analyze the data in a timely manner.

While the 12-month limit is implemented for the web dashboards to ensure optimal performance, it does not restrict the data retention capability of CurrentWare BrowseReporter and AccessPatrol. All of the tracked data is stored in an SQL database, allowing you to retain and access it for an indefinite period of time. You can still run legacy reports and view data from more than 12 months ago, giving you complete control and access to your historical data.

BrowseReporter

To access historical data older than 12 months in CurrentWare BrowseReporter:
  1. Open the CurrentWare Web Console.

  4. Choose the desired report from the options available.
  5. Select the computers or users for which you want to view the report.
  6. Under “Reporting Period,” you will have the ability to choose dates that go beyond the 12-month limit, giving you access to historical data for as long as it has been stored in the SQL database.

AccessPatrol

  2. In the left-hand menu, click on AccessPatrol, then select “Manage.”
  3. Click on the third icon “Device Reports.”
