Is BrowseControl not blocking any websites on your Client computers?
BrowseControl uses LSP to restrict Internet access.
To further troubleshoot your Internet restriction issue, please run a diagnostic tool called SPorder on your client computer.
When you run SPorder, you should see the following screen:
Your Windows Sockets Configuration must have the following condition for BrowseControl to restrict Internet access:
If your SPorder report is not the same as the above screenshot, the Internet on this computer will not be restricted.
To fix this issue, you will need to reset your Winsock:

1. Go to Start Menu > type in CMD in the search bar > right-click on it and select Run as Administrator
2. Type in Netsh Winsock Reset
3. Restart the computer.
If you are still not seeing the cwProvider layers in the first screenshot, you may need to manually create the cwProvider layers using the steps below:
Go to start menu > run > CMD > right click on CMD and select Run as Administrator. In command prompt type in cd\ to get to the root folder

For version 5.4.1 and below (64-bit)
