Run Netsh Winsock Reset to troubleshoot network issues

Is BrowseControl causing the following issues on your client computers?

Resetting the network layers to fix the issues:

  1. Go to Start Menu > type in CMD
    Windows search bar with cmd typed in it.
  2. In the search bar> right click on it and select Run as Administrator)

  3. Type in Netsh Winsock Reset
    Windows command console opened on a 32-bit computer.
  4. Restart the computer.
