In order to maintain the accuracy and performance of the CurrentWare software, it is important to keep the list of client computers up-to-date. This involves regularly deleting computers that are no longer in service due to replacement or decommission.
The Licensing – Manage Computers provide an easy way to sort computers by “last connected” and bulk delete multiple computers at once for any size organization.
Steps to sort and delete client PCs
- Go to the “Settings” menu.
- Navigate to “Licensing” and select “Manage computers.”
- Identify the computers that haven’t been connected in a while and you wish to remove.
- Click the “Remove” button to delete these computers from the console. The License will also be removed and added back to your pool of available licenses.
