My email report is not being sent?

If your email reports are not being sent to your email, review the CWSMail.log located on your CurrentWare Server to further troubleshoot this issue.
 C:\Program Files (x86)\CurrentWare\Logs\CWSEmail.log 

Common CWSEmail.logs Error Messages

ERR::Failed to save file: \Sites-Visited.pdf to location C:\Program Files (x86)\CurrentWare\cwServer\EmailReports

ERR::-2147024864: The process cannot access the file ‘C:\Program Files (x86)\CurrentWare\cwServer\EmailReports\Sites-Visited.pdf’ because it is being used by another process.
Make sure the user account has permission to this file location.

If the destination directory is a network drive, make sure it is available.

How to enable logging for Email Reports

The CWSEmail.log is enabled by default. If your CWSEmail.log does not exist, make sure email reports logging is enabled.

  1. Go to Email Report.
  2. Change a report to run in the next few minutes.
  3. Let the report run.
  4. Gather the CWSEmail.log file from C:\Program Files (x86)\CurrentWare\Logs and send it to us (support@currentware.com)
