If your email reports are not being sent to your email, review the CWSMail.log located on your CurrentWare Server to further troubleshoot this issue.

Common CWSEmail.logs Error Messages

How to enable logging for Email Reports
The CWSEmail.log is enabled by default. If your CWSEmail.log does not exist, make sure email reports logging is enabled.
- Go to Email Report.
- Change a report to run in the next few minutes.
- Let the report run.
- Gather the CWSEmail.log file from C:\Program Files (x86)\CurrentWare\Logs and send it to us (support@currentware.com)
- Go to Tools > Troubleshooting > Advanced Logs
- Check the option “CWSEmail.log”
- Go to Email Report
- Change a report to run in the next few minutes
- Let the report run
- Gather the CWSEmail.log file from C:\Program Files (x86)\CurrentWare\Logs and send it to us (support@currentware.com)
