If you have users in your network remoting into a terminal server or a Remote Desktop service, you can use CurrentWare to control and track users on your terminal servers or remote desktop services.
CurrentWare applies Internet and external device policies and tracking onto your remote desktop servers through a client agent that is installed on them. The CurrentWare client agent is responsible for receiving the policies from your CurrentWare server and triggering them locally on the remote desktop service machine.
The client agent is able to differentiate the users logged into the remote desktop servers so that you can apply different internet and external device restrictions on different groups of users. You can separate your users by department and/or locations as well as import your users via your Active Directory organizational units.
Do you support Citrix?
Yes! CurrentWare is verified to be Citrix Ready for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops service (XenApp & XenDesktop service). You can install the CurrentWare Clients on your Citrix Workspace running Windows.
Do you support Windows 10/11 Kiosk mode?
No, CurrentWare is a service that needs to run in the background. When put in Kiosk mode the PC locks up the services outside of the necessary services to run the edge browser.
