Why am I not able to open a CurrentWare Solution from my Console?

The CurrentWare solutions will appear to be greyed out on the CurrentWare Console if they are not installed.

If you try to click the greyed out solution It will provide you with a warning that the solution is currently not installed.

Not Installed

To get the CurrentWare solution installed you will have to run the CurrentWare.exe installation file and select to install it onto your console. You can get the CurrentWare download package from here. During the installation you will be prompted to install the missing solutions. Make sure they are check marked to install them.

If you have already purchased the solution, you will have to activate the licenses after installing it.

To enter your license key, navigate to Settings > Licensing on the CurrentWare web console.

To install the solution, click on the + icon of the greyed solution on the right-hand side.

A prompt to install the solution will appear. Click Install to install the solution. The CurrentWare console will then restart after the solution installation is completed.

If you have already purchased the solution, you will have to activate the licenses after installing it.

To enter your license key, navigate to Help > Licensing on the CurrentWare console.
