Troubleshooting Email Report Issue

Is the scheduled email report not being sent?

How to enable logging for Email Reports

  1. Go to Tools > Troubleshooting > Advanced Logs
  2. Check the option “CWSEmail.log
  3. Go to Email Report
  4. Change a report to run in the next few minutes
  5. Let the report run
  6. Gather the CWSEmail.log file from C:\Program Files (x86)\CurrentWare\Logs and send it to us (support@currentware.com)
