Is the scheduled email report not being sent?
How to enable logging for Email Reports
- Go to Tools > Troubleshooting > Advanced Logs
- Check the option “CWSEmail.log”
- Go to Email Report
- Change a report to run in the next few minutes
- Let the report run
- Gather the CWSEmail.log file from C:\Program Files (x86)\CurrentWare\Logs and send it to us (firstname.lastname@example.org)
