BrowseControl web filtering solution has the ability to block websites that your users visit such as malicious sites. With BrowseControl’s Category Filter, you can select categories of websites you wish to block.

URL Category Filtering is a feature of BrowseControl. The category filter database is constantly updated with new websites that are being classified into 151 different categories.

With Category filter you can prevent your users from accidentally browsing malicious websites by blocking the various related categories from the database. Some examples of malicious categories you can select in BrowseControl include Virus Infected, Porn, and more.
